We were the first in Coimbatore to convert the Pre-treatment line to a Hot Degreasing & Hot Phosphating with counter flow rinse system.

We commissioned the first 100 % Lead free E-Coating Plant in Coimbatore.
2007 - 08

2008 - 09
Installation of Effluent Treatment Plant, Ultra Filtration and RO Plant to recycle our water and make us 100% Recycling & Zero Discharge Unit. We also have DM, Degasser and MB Plant to take care of our Water Treatment requirements.
2012 - 13
We converted our E-Coating Transporters to a blue tooth connected (Wireless) PLC control SCADA operating systems.
2013 - 14
Expanded our built up area to 35,000 SQ FT and Installed a State of the art CNC Machine shop equipped with 5 axis 5 side Machining centers and HMC’s.
2015 - 16
Installation of Painting Booth for LIQUID PAINTING AND RILSAN COATING.
2020 - 21
Installation PLC Controlled Fully Automatic Comveryruzed Fluidized Fusion Bonded Epoxy Powder Coating facility. Installation of Industrial Cleaning Centre with SHOT BLASTING & SAND BLASTING facility.
